RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ORIGINALS:

Damaged Artwork:

If your artwork is damaged upon arrival, here’s what you can do:

  • Notify me:
    Let me know as soon as possible, preferably immediately after receipt, through  hello@biancalever.com. Please include photos of the damage and packaging. I will then contact the shipping company.
  • Return:
    I will arrange a pick-up for the damaged artwork by DHL and bear the costs.

Options: Upon receipt of the damaged artwork, I will offer you the choice of a full refund or sending you a new, undamaged copy, if that is possible.

Displeased?

If you are not satisfied with your original painting for any other reason, returns are possible within 30 days.

  • Notify me:
    Let me know as soon as possible that you want to return the artwork by sending an email to hello@biancalever.com.
  • Return:
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs by DHL, including insurance. Make sure the artwork is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport. Re-use my packaging if possible.
  • Refund:
    After receiving the returned artwork in good condition, you will receive a full refund. Another option would be to choose another one of my available art works and we will settle the price difference if that’s the case.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please do so as soon as possible. No problem, unless I have already sent it, then you will have to pay the return costs by DHL.

ART PRINTS:

Damaged:

Your art print is packed with love and care. However. In the unlikely event your art print arrives damaged, I will order a new one and send a replacement free of charge.

Change of mind?

All of my art prints are made to order. For this reason I am unable to accept exchanges or change of mind as I do not hold stock.

ART BAGS:

Damaged:

I pack your art bag with love and care. However. In the unlikely event your art bag arrives damaged, I will send you a new one, free of charge.

  • Notify me:
    To arrange this please contact me inmediately after receipt  by sending an email to hello@biancalever.com. Please include photos of the damage and packaging. I will then contact the shipping company.
  • Return:
    I will arrange a return for the damaged art bag and bear the costs.

Displeased?

Should you change your mind about the bag of your choice after you have received it, you may exchange the bag for another one, provided you pay the shipping costs for the return shipment as well as the replacement shipment.

  • Return:
    You will return the bag in it’s original packaging, and you will bear the shipping costs. After I have received the bag in good condition, I will send you the replacement, recipient pays the shipping costs.
