FAQ’s:

When will my item arrive?

• Originals: I always do my best to ship your artwork as quickly as possible. However, shipping art from Italy takes a bit more time because of strict export regulations for art in this country. Every original piece of art leaving Italy has to get official permission for export in the form of a document, stamped and signed by the Ministery of Culture, and picked up in person by me at the office in Ancona. This procedure can take up to two weeks because of limited opening hours of the office in Ancona. I promise I will ship orders within 1 to 3 weeks.
  
  DHL usually deliveres within 3-7 days, depending on the destination. Dhl will send you the tracking code so you can follow your shipment.
• Art Bags: please allow 3 days to pack your bag for shipping by Poste IT. Delivery is dependant on the destination. When the bag of your choice is out of stock it can take 3-5 weeks before it is re-stocked since all art bags are hand made in small local sewing shops in Sarnano. If this is the case I will inform you.
• Art Prints: please allow 3-10 working days for Europa, USA, and Canada and 5-15 working days for ROW as your print is handmade to order. It takes an extra 10 working day to dispatch framed prints.

Can I track my order?

• All original art is sent with track and trace through DHL so you can follow your shipment. You will receive notification from DHL directly.

Where do you ship to?

• I offer world wide shipping, free of charge

How do you pack your original paintings? (watch my Art Packaging reel on my Instagram @bianca_lever_art at the top of my feed)

• First I wrap acid free paper around it.
• Then I give the painting foam corners for extra protection
• Four layers of very sturdy bubblewrap
• One layer of cardboard at the frontside
• One layer of cardboard of which I build a box
• All seams get taped
• Tape with ‘Fragile/Handle with care’

How much is shipping?

• No hassle, world wide free shipping, it’s included in the prices of my art.

What if the order arrives damaged?

What if I don’t like it after I’ve received it?

What materials do you use?

• All my canvasses are high quality stretched linen or cotton on a wooden frame.
• Paper pieces are painted on heavy weight archival paper and sealed with gloss spray varnish.
• Every original painting is created with high quality paints and varnished with Winsor&Newton or Gamvar gloss varnish.
• I use mixed media like metalleaf, collage, spraypaint, inks, acrylic, markers, pastels, charcoal, grafite, crayons, pigments, and oils.

Are your original paintings ready to hang?

• Yes, all my paintings are equipped with a suspension system and ready to hang without needing to frame them as I paint the edges as well.

Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity?

• Yes, every original painting comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
• Each Art Bag comes with a numbered and signed Certificate of Authenticity, since they are limited editioned.
• Art Prints come with a numbered and signed Certificate of Authenticity, as they too are limited editioned.

What material are the art bags made of?

• High-quality PVC truck tarpaulin: resistant, rainproof, tearproof, and easily washable
• The protective coating ensures the quality of the print, even with intensive use

What paper is used for the art prints?

• Giclee, Hahnemühle Photo Rag Paper, 308 GSM, superior quality inks with archival life 80 years

Can I order my print framed as well?

• Yes, you can choose between the option framed or unframed. The frames are made of black FSC®-certified wood with glass, ready to hang

Are your prices including VAT?

• My prices are including VAT if applicable
• When ordering through your business within the EU I can deliver my art VAT exempt if you provide me with your valid VAT id number
