General Terms and Conditions for

I’m so happy that you are here and are interested in my art! To ensure that everything goes smoothly, here are some rules and agreements that we both need to adhere to. By using my website and purchasing art from me, you agree to these terms and conditions. Let’s make buying art easy and fun!

1. Art and Orders

I do my best to describe and depict my art as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly at times due to different screen settings, but I promise it will always be great, and you will be amazed at the quality of the art materials I use. All my paintings are coated with a protective layer of gloss varnish and provided with a suspension system, ready to hang on your wall.
Orders: If you purchase art from me, you will receive a confirmation. That is the starting signal for me to start wrapping the work of art with love and send it your way.

2. Prices and Payments

The prices are clearly indicated on the website and include VAT (if applicable) and worldwide shipping.
Payments: You can pay safely using the available payment methods in my webshop. As soon as I receive confirmation of your payment, I will get to work to make sure your purchase is heading your way.

3. Shipping and packing

Shipping: I always do my best to ship your artwork as quickly as possible. However, shipping art from Italy takes a bit more time because of strict export regulations for art in this country. Every original piece of art leaving Italy has to get official permission for export in the form of a document, stamped and signed by the Ministery of Culture, and picked up in person by me at the office in Ancona. This procedure can take up to two weeks because of limited opening hours of the office in Ancona. I promise I will ship orders within 1 to 3 weeks.
I always use DHL Express with insurance and track and trace when shipping original art.
Packing: I pack thoroughly, for free and with a lot of love. Stretched canvasses are wrapped first with acid-free paper, given foam corner protection, four layers of bubblewrap and a self-built sturdy cardboard box. For the sake of the environment, I try to recycle as much as I can, so don’t be surprised if your painting arrives in the packaging of a flatscreen TV!
Worldwide shipping costs are included, but they do not cover import duties and local taxes, these are payable by the customer before you receive your artwork. Please inform yourself of these costs so you know what to expect.

4. Return Policy

Your satisfaction is my top priority. The artwork will always look better in person. Nevertheless, if it’s not exactly what you expected, or in case of damage during transport, you have the option to return it and get a refund.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork is damaged upon arrival, I understand your disappointment. Here’s what you can do:

Inform me! Let me know immediately after receipt, via email: Please include photos of the damage and packaging, I will need it for the insurance. If the packaging is seriously damaged, do not open it, but take photos of it and send them to me. I will then contact DHL. We will arrange a return for the damaged artwork. I will bear the costs for return shipping.

After return of the damaged artwork, you will receive a full refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, returns are possible. I want my collectors to be happy with my work and wouldn’t want it any other way.

Inform me: You have 14 days after you received the painting to let me know that you would like to return it. You will get a full refund under the condition that it arrives with me in good condition. Please inform me via email:

Return shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs with DHL Express, including insurance. Please make sure the artwork is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport. Re-use my packaging if possible.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel after placing your order, please do so as soon as possible. No problem, unless I have already sent it to you, in which case you will have to take care of and pay for the return costs, including insurance, through DHL Express.

Privacy: Your privacy is important to me. Check my privacy statement to see how I handle your data.

6. Intellectual Property

The works of art you see here are my creations. Please respect copyright and do not use or copy them without my permission.
